Personal History Chiere grew up in a military family; both of her parents were in the Starfleet aboard the USS Elysium, and her two brothers also eventually joined the military. She had also had two close friends in college serve in the in Iraq, one of whom lost his life during combat. Keeping his memory alive, Chiere now volunteers at the local USO office and has been wanting to serve her country in the military for awhile now. She feels that her Bachelor's in Nursing will be beneficial to her fellow warriors and also honor her mother, who also was a nurse in the Starfleet.

Chiere's childhood was pretty typical for a child of military parents-moves every few years and lots of transitions to get used to with each move. Although it was stressful for her at the time, today she feels that it has allowed her to adapt more easily to changes and handling stress.

When she was 18 and just graduated from high school, Chiere's parents retired from the Starfleet and settled down in a small city, where she attended college and earned her Bachelor's in nursing.
Service Record Chiere is just now applying to be in the Starfleet, so so far she has no service record to speak of.
